Cancellations and Refunds

All agreements to any of Song Kim Coaching offerings or packages are entered into in good faith, and any contracts made are binding. I do not offer refunds on coaching services or packages.

I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching plan with me. It is to your benefit to decide before purchasing your package that I am the right coach for you.

If you're in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you.

Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing at least 24 to 48 hours' notice before your scheduled session and making up the session within one week of the originally scheduled date. Sessions not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a make-up session.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed a $25 cancellation fee, and any prepaid time may be forfeited.

To ensure we make the most of our time together and maintain fairness for all clients, coaching sessions will be considered cancelled if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. In such cases, the session may not be rescheduled or credited, and any prepaid session time may be forfeited.

There are no refunds for any Song Kim Coaching packages, offerings, or products after purchase.
